The Norwegian placename is Årdal with that "o" over the A which gives it pronounciation "Oh"; so the Norwegian pronounciation would be like Oh-r-dal.

@TheEmoVampireGirl I agree - I found him much better than his replacement. I wish we had comedy like that in the states - we have too much crass humor, and while I"ve heard Ardal edge to that area, he doesn't do it nearly as much.
