Nice build! What is the minimum diameter ring you can roll out of 3-4mm stock?

Approximately 20cm, but maximum thickness 2.5mm

@@jsjsjdjdjd2989 My guess is you have use thicker square pipes like 5 mm thick. Possibly also bigger bearings to fit thicker bolts. @ArdoDIY gives 2,5 mm as a limit. Let's say: you aim for 5 mm max. Remember: thickness to the power of 3 for strength. So 2x thickness is 2x2x2 = 8 Bolts M20 to M24, pipe 80x80x8 pipe length: at least 500 mm or more (you don't want it to fly of your bench when you start), bearing inner size to fit the thick bolts, handle has to be longer because you won't be able to turn it otherwise, distance between bearings has to be double also. In short: use this video as a base model and redesign it into a heavy version. Let us know how it went.

It's on the video also: 2,5 - 3 mm You can use thicker pipes BUT be aware to change the measurement at 1:10 Thickness 2,5 to 3 mm it's 12 mm of the edge. Thickness 5 mm it's 10 mm of the edge and so on for thicker material. Otherwise the M12 nut with its 19 mm key-way won't fit. Does anyone have an idea what car brand and model the brake caliper is from?
