this is reversible by identifying common background tones and applying a corresponding offset. for example, municipal sirens or AC hum.

Edit: No, you can't do that with this device. There is a link in the description about the device -You can probably do that but higher voices sound less in decibels. So your actual voice would be more hearable. If we pitch-up the volume with a videoediting sowftware you can hear the real voice. So not good for Hackers or Prisoners on a phone haha But dude this sounds so sick!

Based on the size of it, i'd say you could. As long as you position everything inside it properly, you could use one in a mask.

Do I have to be connected to a PC for this to work? If not, do I need batteries or some sort of power supply? Or does connecting it to a speaker output (like a battery charged speaker) suffice? Also, do I need to upload a specific setting through the arduino software, or is everything in the deck?
