Surprisingly Sea Fairy Cookie has the most connections in Canon Lore because White Pearl Cookie aka before she became Black Fairy Cookie was there when Sea Fairy Cookie tried to reach the moon and Sea Fairy Cookie is connected to Moonlight Cookie because she wanted to meet the moon. She also has an interaction with Stormbringer Cookie where they heard of each other from somewhere but never actually met until now.

@@Kingalina All the legendaries (besides Black Pearl, Abyss Monarch, & Xylitol Nova) are connected through Nature, the source of all things. They are its guardians. Black Pearl & Abyss Monarch were cursed by Sea Fairy's yearning, & Xylitol Nova is completely unrelated.
