Hey I'm alone. I don't know what happened to me over the last couple years. I'm divorced with no children, no close family or friends. I hate this time of year. Always ready for it to be over before it begins. People asking what are you doing for the holidays makes it 10 times worse. 🥴

But i still think this family thing is everywhere my family are the same I used to live next door to my family they hardly visited me then I moved away from them they call me for only when they want help. I must drop everything for them. Times have changed. I stayed recently on vacation in Harlem in NY and the togetherness is still there anywhere else in NY forget about it. World changed in 2012 then dramatically changed 100x more in 2020 where things turned into darkness. Parks in my area that parents and kids are at the playground, others playing tennis and other part kids to adults playing soccer on the field during spring to fall. I been feeling alone since 2020. Feels like smart phones, modern technology has de-evolved human civilization and traditional family and friends are a rare breed to have family who are still together and not splitting up over who took the shot & who didn’t & who voted for so and so of this recent election outrage results of trump winning and Harris receiving a L.

The plandemic😂 I like that one.I get weirded out when people put people who live in third world countries on a pedestal for being happy because there living in shacks. I’m like well I don’t see you rushing to the next shack to be happy.😂because you know if they had a choice, they can change their life in a blink of an eye they would not choose to live like that. Yes they’re happy, but come on they would not want to live in that condition. yes, you are right! It really sucks if you don’t have family😢

Man money sure ain't what I thought it was! Buys some level of freedom in the sense of not worrying about making sure necessities are covered. Little retail therapy here and there helps but its not what people think. The cars get corny. The house becomes a burden. The trips become redundant. So much more to life than that crap.

I live in a big city, and as for kids going outside in this day and time it’s better that they stay in and play video games .. kids are getting killed in the streets at a high rate. A lot of kids are being dropped off at boys and girls clubs were they have many activities and adult supervision. This ain’t the 1960’s or 70’s . My kids grew up in the1990’s that was the that mostly started staying in more because of the multiple game systems that were being accessible to the public. I am 61 years old I have been playing video games since the television tennis games of early 70’s Atari then the arcades the pizza and barber shop video games and pinball machines. I don’t play as much but I still get down I turned my kids on to all the games in the 90’s Nintendo Super Nintendo. Playstation1,2,and 3. Kids went outside but the environment that I played in was not the same environment they were growing up in. Guns started hitting the streets late 80’s crack era 1990’s gangster rap crack rampant on the streets from the mid 80’s and know are the worst times as far as being safe on the streets . So if I had little ones today. I would be glad they are not out in these mean streets.

Yo that kids don't go outside thing dropped me. I haven't seen little kids outside in 10 years. The last time I actually saw kids outside by themselves was when my complex gym closed for renovation, so I went to the playground inside the complex to do pull ups and hackey sack. There would be a few boys who would talk to me. They don't even let little girls outside anymore, guess I can't blame them, but imagine being a little girl trapped inside a house 24/7. There was a study done talking about how children are weaker across the board now because they don't climb trees anymore. When I was younger, all I used to damn do was climb trees and use the monkey bars and play tether ball. I played every ball sport known to man when I was a kid: Wall ball, soft ball, 4 square, basketball, baseball, dodge ball, volley ball, kick ball, badminton, ping pong, foosball, soccer, football, billiards, everything, a lot of it was at the Boys n Girls club. Do kids these days even play sports out of their own free will? It's crazy how you touch on everything that's in the back of my mind. Like having to watch your back. I had to start carrying my knife on me again because I kept having bum encounters while commuting to and from work. But I really don't feel safe with it, I'd rather have a .22 pistol. I can't afford a hospital bill and with a knife I could still be injured. It's cheaper to carry a .22 than it is to go to the hospital.
