Just got the last one for $150 today at Best Buy! They are nice for now, only time will tell. UPDATE: they still work great and sound still new. The ear cushion started to wear so I bought custom ones and they are awesome. No cracks in the headband too.

It’s trash (in terms of longevity) Mine didn’t make a year yet and well..one side stopped working..it seems to be a common problem too, just wish I knew before. Will never buy Beats again although the sound was pretty good.

I got the older version of beats solo 3, it’s build quality lasts crazy long, think I had mine for 4+ years or even more with crazy wear, the lights don’t really work but it still connects to the phone and play music, best thing it’s both wired and wireless

Yeah I got Mine from Best buy not even two weeks ago for $170 and they had already broken, what I me an by that , the sound started to sound really muffled, and was able to replace them with the xm5 Sony headphones, I know it's almost double in price but man the build, the sound and noise quality are way better! Would recommend

Cuz listening to real high quality headphones kinda ruins it. Its like getting burger king and being like damn this shit good then going to a nice sit down restaurant all the time and expecting the whopper to still taste as good. Trust me beats overheads r trash but their fit pros and most other earbuds r so good. Get the skullcandy crusher evos or nuraphones I have all of these and use em regularly at least once a day to the gym

I got the the Studio 3 (not the pro ones) on Apple website for $199.95 last week. They sound great and they fit well. I have an average sized head. They’re comfortable and I like the sound for both KZbin and for music. They connect to your phone really easily too. No hard to understand instructions. I use them wirelessly with my iPhone 14.

Tbh Beats sound okay if you are okay with that V shaped sound tuning and they do look aesthetically nice, but honestly you're always going to be better off buying a better sounding headphones from other brands like Bose or Sennhizer ,but apple has some what improved beats a bit since buying them out

Depends which one you get cause i have had a studio 3 for like 5 years now and it literally has the best quality sound. The only thing that's needed to be renewed was the ear pad which lasted 4 years before peeling and it's very easy to get new ones

Surely 'studio' versions should have a flatter eq for use in a studio? So that would mean that if these have a flatter sound then they are sounding the way they should. If they don't sound how you expect then they are not the right ones for your use case. I would think.

The studio 3s. ITS IN THE NAME ITS FOR STUDIO USE. for an average person using headphones, solo 3s are easier to use. whereas for the studios you have to tweak them for personal comfort

Got these for free(same color.) Some guy left it at a soccer field by my house and I saved it because I knew who it belonged to. Not only did he tell me to keep it he ended up buying a pair of koss portapros and we became friends. They are good if the noise canceling holds up, but they still sound like 50.00 headphones. Still look cool but no where near audiophile quality. 4/10, wouldn't destroy them but would be a nice regift.

Idk personally I’ve had the same pair since 2019 and there’s better but they get the job done especially if you can maintain them and get them at a discount I think it’s worth it. Plus when things on then bring or get damaged the parts aren’t a arm and a leg and you can fix it yourself

I recently purchased used pair of beats solo 3 for $19 at a goodwill store. They sound fantastic and are now my #1 set of headphones. I also purchased the same exact headphones demonstrated in this video. Beats studio 3 brand new in the box from Ebay for $40. They turned out to be a bugus fake set of phones from China. They sounded like a transistor radio played under water. I'm thinking this guy got a bugus set from China too! I'll never buy another set of headphones over the net without hearing them first.

i had a pair of studios, biggest mistake of my life, i shouldve gone for the solo, its so much better, the shape and size of the ear cups just make them painful to wear for long periods and well the noise cancellation is striaght up tragic, for the same money go to bose or sony for a much better and comfier headphone
