Im pretty sure he is talking about forked eth smart contracts that will be running the rollup. BitVM is just the connection from rollup to bitcoin. Like the sequencer/fraud prover functionally

​@@PatrickAyellein the very same breath he is talking about UX and what type of "stuff" you get with BitVM he isn't t talking about the backend "hows" he is talking about the "whats" you get with a BitVM. One being forked ETH contracts. I mean I'm no Bitcoin expert but using context clues of how he is speaking it doesn't make sense that he's talking about some underlying structure of how it's formed. At least in my mind.

Wonder if wallets could be drained on bitvm? Ethereum can not gain mass adoption until this stops, that's if it can even do this. Also eth should bring back layer 1 scaling, other chains have over taken us, like multiversX All eth has is liquidity with poor tech

Bitcoin Dave will be excommunicated. Having unordained thoughts and expressing them in public will not go unpunished. His rational thoughts : 1. Bitcoin can’t scale - serving even 1% is generous 2. LN cannot work 3. Therefore it cannot be an MoE 4. Concluding therefore, that it needs modifications / improvements These ideas will see you tossed aside and mocked. Apostate. But it may not be too late … if you renounce your wicked ways. After a suitable atonement, you may be allowed back in the fold if you just … believe. Be like Michael Saylor. Do not speak of how it actually works. Just … believe.

I would suggest to reach out Mr Morris what impresses me most about Mr Morris is how well he explains basic concept of winning before actually letting you use he's trade signals. And he will also teach you how to trade and achieve your aim. This goes a long way to ensure winning trades.

All I'm hearing is that Bitcoin is blatantly ripping off the work of Ethereum Developers. It's fine if you want to scale Bitcoin (even though maxis have been very vocal about not scaling) but look the bottom line is that you ARE attempting to follow in the footsteps of a blockchain that already does everything you are attempting to do. Ethereum. Full stop. Now with that obvious statement above I have a question. When has it ever been more profitable to pick the horse that follows and doesn't lead?

The free market will find the winner eventually… then again, this could also mean that both worlds win - but they are going to be forced to specialize in a specific task direction rather than trying to claim control over everything. Non-bitcoin crypto arguably having a more tech-centric and experimental approach while the bitcoin world being more rooted in the abstract and philosophical political aspects.
