That's why league is mostly luck, try hard all you want, if you're unlucky you will vs multiple people way better than yourself constantly while being grouped with incompatible team mates. Obviously it's luck and skill though without both you're stuck. I've lost count the games I've gone say 20 kills 2 deaths, while on the other team they have multiple people 15/2, 30/1, 10/5 then 0/15, 2/20. I stomp my counter part, then I get stomped by the 3 people carrying to my 1 person carry. Only bad luck explains it.

@@adammada511 It's just the statistical nature of a solo ranking in a 5v5 game. If you were to create a mathematical model for this kind of game (and some people have), you'd see that you need 10,000 games to be statistically certain that your rank represents your skill level. In fact, I don't think you even need a statistical model to see this. Let's say your skill level is diamond I, and you're currently diamond IV. Since you're only 1 out of the 10 people in the game, and you can't have a large impact on the end result, your win-rate will be around 54%. This is considered a high win-rate, but it still means you'll likely lose 46 out of 100 games... Then calculate how many promos you'll have to play with a win-rate that's gradually droppping, and you'll see that League is just a grind. I mean, the odds in promos from Diamond II to Diamond I with a 52% chance of winning are not really favorable. With that chance of losing a game, it's not unlucky, but very likely.

@@ericlashchuk2621 Irelia does a significant ammount of magic damage (like a third) and wits end is pretty common for her and since she is a high burst high dps high mobility high sustain champ armour isn't as significant for her since she is fine with autoing to death, that being said she doesn't have good access to pen unless she goes sunderer which everyone goes shieldbow or cumdrinker. Now Graves is hurt more by stacking armour but serylda ldr and cleaver are all viable for him, and cleaver would help Irelia too but lets face it they wouldn't think that far

I was waiting for a 2v5 in league to happen. It should never happen. The game is too bs to enable 2 pros to have any chance of winning a 2v5. Literally any 2 players from any region, even if it’s Faker and Guma, they wouldn’t win this 2v5 because all you need is malphite or an opposing irelia to make a one to one trade.
