How do you feel about Borutos time skip hair cut? I didn't like the early drawings of it but once they clarified it's an undercut (maybe done with a bowl and sasukes sword) I've found myself liking it more. Best example is when he flew into the air after Mitsuki got the drop on him while he was talking to Sarada and Sumire. A video would be nice on the designs but I'd rather just hear directly from you here to save you and your editor the effort for such a trivial question.

I think this is gonna happen: Somewhere through the process when the beasts fail to capture their original targets their consciousness has grown further. Realizing they arent just desires but also can feel betrayal. Given that, they turn on Code for using their original bodies as his slaves. Code than gets cornered with no outcome. Than Boruto and Kashin show up to save him and give him a way out. He accepts this time. Ofc they know he would double cross them so they already made a contingency plan for when that happens. Code at first tries to help but ends up trapping them to shinju. Now their plan: boruto marked beforehand an object in his dimension and uses ftg to move there with Kashin koji. Code gets eaten by the grimes or something happens to him which creates a next threar

After the fight vs Naruto and Sasuke, FUSED Momoshiki replenished his health and chakra with the scientific ninja tool from Katasuke, ate 3 more chakra pills which replenished him even further, and still lost 1v1 to *KID* Boruto while Naruto and Sasuke were pinned down by chakra rods. 3. *BASE* Boruto using a shadow clone was capable of blitzing FUSED Momoshiki, punch him in the stomach, activate his Jougan, counted FUSED Momoshiki's taijutsu, which created an opening for another vanishing rasengan hit to his ribcage all before the real Boruto came out of the sky with his giant vanishing rasengan(which was mixed with BOTH Boruto and Naruto's chakra) to defeat FUSED Momoshiki but the *FACT* still remains that *KID* Boruto did indeed fight *FUSED* Momoshiki *1v1* and held his own and defeated him proving he's already Otsutsuki tier which is NOT *DEBATABLE*

You know, it's funny. I had an idea that Code would disappear and go on a redemption/power-up journey. Obviously, that isn't what will happen with him, but Kabuto was who would provide him training at one point, specifically with combat training, even Snake sage. He's more than likely going to stay a villain and reappear at the perfect time (if Koji doesn't pull an Owl and kill him off screen), but I still like the idea.

I have two theories on what Codes purpose in the story will be, either his chakra will in some way be necessary to reverse the shinju which is why Boruto kept trying to keep him alive since i don't really know that Boruto thinks he would have been that useful in that fight, or Boruto kept him alive for the reasons he stated and code from a narrative perspective is being kept alive as a way to introduce Shibai into the story.
