I think your assessment of being Light Summer is spot on! Once you have seen what colors suit you, you cannot unsee it anymore. I used to wear a lot of warm tones as well, and even dye my hair darker, but I’m a Soft Summer and now I really see that a soft cool look is so much better for my features!

I agree that the cool side is more harmonious and you notice your whole face and features overall, and it is more makeupy on the warm side. That said, I still think the warm side can be a fun look. Though the bronzer/blush just seems too dark/much. My favourite is the cool side.

This was a fun one! I definitely see why you landed on your conclusion, but I also wonder if your main characteristic is light and not necessarily purely cool? Just a thought. I think the lipstick topped with that blue gloss was a bit too cool, but maybe that is just a personal preference :-) Would be interesting to see you try some light spring colors too! Being a neutral olive myself I definitely need makeup to be cooler but not too cool either or else it drains all life from me! It's a hard balance to strike

I found out that I'm cool (true) winter. Which makes sense because I always get compliments when I wear jeweled toned colors.

I think color theory is definitely working, the cool tone side looks better and it blends into ur skin better. But u're beautiful so the warm tone side doesn't look bad either, i think that side just has too many focal points, lips cheeks and eyes are all heavy at the same time

I agree that you are probably a light summer. With your light and delicate colouring you can only be a light summer or a light spring. You should have tried a light spring makeup instead of these autumn shades, they are of course too heavy for you. The cool colours really blend into your skin while the warm ones stand out. As for me I’m a cool or dark winter, and even before learning about season analysis I was drawn to cool bright colours and found that warm colours look dreadful.

You look gorgeous in that jacket, and all things cool or pastel ( I do love pastels very much so I maybe biased)! I would love to know my season but I enjoy colorful things so much, so I think it would limit the joy I have with wearing color. If I ever visit Korea I will certainly book a session with their viral season matchers (or whatever the profession actually called)

I'm also a light summer but olive green looks really good on me because i have yellow freckles in my blue/grey eyes. I feel like the whole colour season thing is a blueprint that you can choose not to adhere to. Wear what makes you feel good!

I think it was a fun video, but I’m not convinced between light summer and light spring. You shouldn’t have eliminated the whole spring season because you don’t look your best in autumn color. Also your favourite clothes color look like light spring colours which flows into autumn. Even the makeup you did would be suitable for a light spring.

Shade is “so taupe” it seems to be sold out though, but the Sephora collection blush is “second chance” looks similar

science says- people who wore clothes that matched their eye color were rated as more attractive. FORGET SEASONS, just look at your eyes. This imho checks out. (We have very very similar skin paleness and tone but I have green eyes /ginger muted contrast. I can rock the warm olive green,.. , but can't do the cool light blue like you can... ). Just match to your eyes and it'll work.
