from the patient's point of view, they are actually lucky that they get operated by qualified doctors in the medical collages of WB, if you look into the private hospitals and nursing homes things are dangerous over there, in most of the cases operations are being carried out by Bangalore passed gnm nurses who may not even studied science or some close relatives of hospital authorities, doctors are there just to keep an eye on the OR. As per my knowledge, this is the case of some prominent hospitals of Durgapur.

As years will pass and you will realized that the market of doctor is saturated, even plain mbbs doesn't get recognition now and in future pg karke bhi bahut ph doctor available hoge.. Plus bams /bhms other field wale bhi honge.. Abhi joh bolna hai bolo but after 5 years you will see reality
