If they had used grams for the oreo cream they would have been more exact. There is definitely a discrepancy between oz. When I measure something at 8 oz, if I switch to grams I can get a range of at least 20 one way or another. There are about 28 grams in an oz. If I want accuracy I use grams. As in most things, the metric system is much easier to use to get accurate measurements.
