Thanks for the video. I'm 58 years old and most rides I do are less than 10 miles. I just ride to town, pick up shopping and run errands (and I'm not lycra clad!) I have four old bicycles, but none are electric. I have considered getting an electric bike, but I'm concerned that if I do, I'll never go back to the others and I'll lose the exercise I now get. There are hills that I traverse where a motor would be useful, but I find that with a good range of gears I can get up all of them, albeit quite slowly. I have found that calisthenics using resistance bands conditions my old body better than weights as I'm only coping with my own body weight and it seems to help with the cycling.
