Sugar swan was actually created WAY before Eternal sugar. She was around with Millennial Tree cookie which is basically before any other cookie.

While i can see you think that their design is very similar, as an ovenbreak player, i can say that they might not be related. Now, i am not trying to hate, im just giving my opinion. Eternal Sugar has more of a bright pink edge to her design while Sugar Swan has more of a multicolour edge to her design, as it shows, theres also blues, purples, yellow hues. This is just about its design. I do not have enough info about both of them yet.
