You probably know the History, but when Steven S. owned the Company-they were pretty legit...or at least they tried their best to be. Yes, items slipped through the cracks much more than PSA (Spence was still with PSA at the time). It is when Mike Baker bought the Company is when everything turned to poop. Baker would apparently authenticate everything and anything. Like you said, I have seen many good items authenticated by Global. When people show me good items signed with Global cert, the first thing I tell them is to remove the Global sticker-it becomes more valuable instantly.

Thanks for this post! I have a Michael Jordan signed jersey authenticated by GAI And the authentication number doesn’t correspond with the jersey so I KNOW they are not legit

You'll never see an authentic Jordon jersey with an GAI on it. Stick with Jordan jersey with Upper Deck holograms.

Pretty poor review. I agree GAI doesn’t have greatest rep, however your review doesn’t even mention the fact that GA now issues COA’s and have tried to put that mess behind them. Their certs are not on the level of JSA, BAS, and PSA, however you only gave half a review. Poor job my man, you can do better than this.
