Are God's Choices Arbitrary?

In this #CCShort Collin exposes Leighton's intentional misrepresentation of #Calvinism in his misuse of the word "Arbitrary" to describe God's "choosing" as random, not realizing that he shoots himself in the foot by also defining freewill "choice" as random in the process.
Why when God "chooses" for “no determinative factor for his choice outside of the own function of his will” Leighton calls it “Arbitrary”...
...but when man "chooses" for “no determinative factor for his choice outside of the own function of his will” Leighton calls it “Freewill”?
