My son is in school in Ohio, i pick up a Weller 107 every time i go. It is scarce but i am lucky. (Current price is $58) Special Reserve is usually always around. ($26)

I think y'all should have reviewed the beginning. You poured the 1st Blantons in the glass closest to the mic or to Jill. Whereas Jill poured the 1st bottle in her glass A which is furthest away from you. I think y'all agreed on all of them. Just an observation

I am not a fan of BT and regular Blanton is by far the worse. I think they are to low proof and to over hyped. I would by far rather have a Rare Breed

I recently came across Blantons at MSRP $67.99 and purchased two bottles because I’ve never had it before and I wanted to add it to my very large bourbon collection. I couldn’t agree with you more. Completely overhyped, overpriced and overrated. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not terrible but based on the flavor profile, I’d say it’s a $30-$35 bottle tops not the almost $70 MSRP that it goes for and for that price I’ll take wild turkey rare breed for $50 a bottle or Knob Creek 12 year for $70 a bottle which both are literally 10 times better in every aspect then Blantons. The second bottle I purchased, which is unopened. I’m debating on returning it to the store or if they’ll let me swap it out with something else which I’m sure they will consider it allocated.
