Water is dry is a concept that it hard to believe. Could you explain that please? Also, which oil is the most moisturising? I find that the best way for my skin is actually a very thick, heavy cream. I feel the water alleviates the tightness immediately and the oil seems to tackle it in the longer term. My skin is softer after one day with a heavy cream Vs with just oil.
