UAE also looking to diversify their income portfolio, oil wont be enough to sustain Emiratis. They need more than oil and India is the best option since India steers clear of global politics of war. Makes sense why UAE is investing a lot in this, indians as in the people are so easily moved and their skills are easy trade which benefits majorly to both economies. Smart move by both parties. People may hate BJP and Modi but where was congress? Hiding money, funnelling it in their offshores, buying their friends large lands and houses.
