I'm British, and I really wish we had someone like Jaishankar in our office. On what I have seen, he answers questions articulately and directly, and does not try to weasel out of answering tough questions like most of our politicians do. He does this whilst looking out for his country's interests, and full respect to him for doing so. My favourite quote of his is "Europe has to grow out of mindset that Europe's problems are world's problems", and I couldn't agree more.
