Plenty of breathing room to introduce new Sith Lords without the need to replace previously established lore, even if that lore is now regarded as legends.

On Mae and Osha being a dyad, in the High Republic books that take place a hundred or so years before the Acolyte, there are identical twins named Terec and Ceret who are not a dyad but have an extremely strong force bond to the point where they basically share a single mind despite being two individuals. They can feel each other across space and know what the other is thinking. They feel each other's pain and are virtually inseparable. Right now they are going through a character arc where because of the Drengir, their connection is greatly weakened and they are now spending more time apart and find themselves disagreeing a lot. Mae and Osha remind me of them. I think its something similar. Not to the extreme of Ceret and Terec, but this type of "always one but born as two" non-dyad force bond has precedent.

I loved the idea of the line going through those moons is a debris field or small asteroid field. I also think it could be where they get their idea of the “thread.” In the scene where Aniseya is teaching the girls about the thread, if you look very close, you can see a physical manifestation (similar to when they do the ritual) of the force when she moves her hand vertically. And that physical manifestation in the scene look just like a shimmery line. I didn’t put it together until Alex and Mollie had the question in their break down.

What is an Acolyte? I consider a Sith Acolyte to be the equivalent of a Jedi Youngling. It is my understanding that the Sith generally do not recruit very young children. They do not want to be bothered with the testing and screening, preferring to cut straight to the chase. The Sith prefer to leave the basic training in the Force to the Jedi, or some other group. The Sith identify beings with proven and demonstrative talent, and pursue corrupting and recruit these talented beings.

I feel like a Dyad is two balancing force users. Luke and Leia were NOT a dyad because they were both on the light side. Ben and Rey WERE a Dyad because they were balacning each other out. One MIGHT say that Anakin and the Sith were a Dyad because they balanced each other out. Just a brain storm don't sue me. I DO believe Mae and Osha ARE a Dyad because they balance each other out. Twin Dyads something we haven't seen yet. So i'm here for it. Either way I don't really care, it's just fun to speculate. Edit: After thinking about it a bit more I think a Dyad needs to have an intimate connection in the way they communicate with each other. It's possible Luke and Leia are also a Dyad, it may have nothing to do with balance. Just simply a deep Force connection.

I personally wouldn’t mind if the creation of Osha and Mae went on to inspire the Sith, specifically Darth Plagueis, to devote himself to the creation of life through midichlorian manipulation. I’m pretty sure most great ideas originated with somebody other than the one who actually achieved it. If this coven is a sect of Dathomirians then I guess this helps to establish why Palpatine saw them as a threat to his power.

@jakefrechette32243 ай бұрын
I think they need to start trying harder with getting aliens from this vast galaxy into the main character roles. The excuse used for the Grand Inquisitor was pretty weak in my opinion. There have been countless examples of actors effectively conveying emotions while being limited by their costumes; Vader, Chewbacca, and the Emperor all did so way back in the original trilogy. Ahsoka is a perfect example of them giving an alien species a go, taken the feedback from viewers, and reiterating the costume to try and better adapt the creativity of the original design of the character. Start doing this with a Muun or Bith now so they can improve it moving forward and simultaneously viewers will become accustom to the alien species.

And it’s centered around osha. 3rd clue: the twin wasn’t recorded in the Jedi archives. I think Mae never survived And osha is moving in her trauma. She developed insomnia. She blacks out and Mae takes over. She’s either schizophrenic or Mae possesses her. She does what she does and then goes back to where she is and snaps out of it. Then the wake up scene. I think the encounters with Mae and master torbin take place in torbins psyche. Torbin had been in possession of bunta since the incident on brendok where he acquired it. It was a contingency plan. He is connected to the sith. Possibly an apprentice who spies on the Jedi. Or possibly someone who was enticed by the sith in a similar way as anakin. Once the Jedi are close to cracking the case He took his life to protect the identity of the sith and/or to protect the destruction of the Jedi order. He’s harboring much guilt. What could be even crazier possibility is that Mae and osha were never twins. They could be two spirits inhabiting one body. The power of two inside a single body. She could’ve went to the Jedi ship to take the test twice. She failed the first time and passed the 2nd. But a decade later indara calls for her training to end? Indara knew something. 🤔

I had a thought for that! My original idea was that Mae could be an alter/personality of Osha.

@@TheTuneShifter Leslye had stated a while back that she likes to reference fight club in the sense that she is attracted to stories where people have created prisons for themselves and are trying to get out of them. And that addictions are a theme that plays heavily in her projects. Which explains why the twins were so addicted to spice cream?? Spice in Star Wars is basically a drug.

I feel that Mae will die at the end and Yord will fall to the dark side and become the new Acolyte after he finds out what the Jedi did 16 years ago.

Could Anakin and Grogu be a dyad in the force
@mkhud50n3 ай бұрын
Anakin can’t be a dyad because he is the chosen one. He’s both in one.

What if Anakin is a twin? If Shmi was unconcious during a c-section, she wouldn't know that the other child was stolen away.

Yeah and then they have another force connection at the end of the movie after he dies, so he was clearly lying. A villain is not a reliable narrator. Plus, Palpatine seemed surprised that they were a dyad in TROS, so it wasn't his doing either.
