In Egypt So many dogs such as German shepherds and huskies are kept outside in the hot sun. These dogs have thick fur and it’s unbearable for them. This is not a humane way to treat dogs.

@@jshaw4757my views are shaped by Islamic teaching, it's not about brainwashed but it's about following a belief system that values compassion and responsibility towards all living beings and emphasize that every creatures has a purpose. In Islam dog is considered Haram mainly because they are viewed as impure, and require proper washing to make it clean again before we can use that item(clothes, pants) for prayer, so basically Muslims are advised to maintained distance from dogs to be in state of physical purity, other animals has its own guidelines in Islam but rulings about dogs are distinct, so basically this teaching emphasis on purity is crucial especially since cleanliness is a prerequisites for prayer, it's not a sin to touch dog, we just need to have proper wash after that so that we can pray in a clean body again, that's all, while we may have different opinions, it's important to respect each other's beliefs and values

If you are being persecuted like I am then its permissable to keep dog. It gets too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. It would be inhumane to keep dog outside in such temperatures. I give him the best life possible and keep myself and him clean to the best I can and feed it well and take him for walks thruought the day with big yard to roam freely. There are some humans who are much dirtier than dogs such as hoarders for example and unhygienic people. As long as you do your best and maintain healthy lifestyle you should be good. During Prophets pbuh time, dogs would wander freely in and out of mosques wih no issue and prayers were held as they normally would. Dogs were tolerated back then and should be same now. From all the animals the dog is mentioned specifically in the Quran in the story of the young men in cave fleeing persecution. The cave became their home for some time and you could figure the rest for yourselves. As for those who say angels dont enter a house with a dog, how about the angel of death!? Lets be serious its about time muslims stop their hatred of dogs. Just their negative mentality and minds are dirtier than the loyalty of a dog 🐶 woof. Dog shows more loyalty than humans these days and im sure back then too!

This has been my struggle throughout my life because I'm the type of person who questions everything, including my religion. I find myself having a problem with Muslims who only refer to the Quran without delving deeper into the text or seeking its true meaning. Instead, they take it literally, word for word. Also, if an imam tells you something, you're expected to accept it without questioning. My question to you is: everything you just wrote, did it come naturally to you, or did you read books that discuss these topics and compare them from ancient times to modern times?

I am a muslim, hes stays in the house at night and outside during the day when its not too hot. I cannot have a dog for company and pleasure cause it brings me joy. A dog has more love in his heart then any of you Imams had in your life time. A dog spelled backwards is God, cause it truly has the spirit of God and loves you unconditionally. I am going to say that you need to look deeper into the words written in the Quran and start seeing the amount of things we hear about the prophet you all praise. Who he was, the women he married at an age which would never be permissible. I am happy with 1 wife I dont need 5 cause thats permissible in Islam. I am starting to see more and more about this book i read as a kid and now as a grown up i can understand it better and am able to question it. I have seen way too many mistakes Muslims make, and non-Muslims considering about Islam - they think "because of this sin, I will not be a good Muslim", little do they know that the only sin that makes you a non-Muslim WHOLEHEARTEDLY is associating partners with Allah - which is shirk (polytheism/paganism for that matter). So, please, do NOT let any major sins and minor sins make you leave Islam. Everything takes time - giving up a sin that you love doing is not easy - I know what you mean, I've experienced this MANY times. I have so many addictions I won't name, and it's very hard to get rid of them. But I know, with my conviction, with my willingness - that I won't give up, and I know Allah is capable of forgiving me. He is Most Merciful, I mean - the moment we UNDERESTIMATE His Mercy, is the moment we are doubting His Mercy, and that is very haram (forbidden) to say it. Take a moment to read what the the Creator of all the Heavens and earth has to say: Qur'an (39:53): Say, ˹O Prophet, that Allah says,˺ “O My servants who have exceeded the limits against their souls! Do not lose hope in Allah’s mercy, for Allah certainly forgives all sins. He is indeed the All-Forgiving, Most Merciful." So, please, do not let sins throw you away. Become a Muslim, everything takes time - you're not perfect, and neither are we all. Baby steps, slowly but surely, you will become a strong Muslim. You will make the best decision of your life when you decide to become a Muslim - you'll know this many weeks/months/years (or however it may take) later. You'll look back, and you'll be like "I'm so happy that Allah has guided me to the Truth. I do not regret that decision at all. Alhamdulillah (all praise be to Allah)!" Peace be upon those who are seeking for the Truth!

I always reply with, "No! He is my best friend" When they say "why do you let him walk in front of you not on leash"? I reply with "that is my male guardian"! " Do you put your father, husband or son on a leash"? So my best friend Napoleon is my male guardian, protector and beautiful soul worthy of my care. He has saved my life, more times than I can count! I am grateful that I have him and even more so since I have lost my brother (RIP). I guarantee, other than actual cattle herders (obviously to protect cattle from predators), you will not find a single culture on this Earth that revere dogs UNLESS they have been influenced by certain elements from the Western World.
