I have a TBI from 2 major concussions. I'm lucky to be alive. I just learned about the Vagus Nerve a few months ago!! Too many people are unaware just like I was months ago. Let's change that!

How do you know if it’s a vagus nerve problem? Can I do that test with my Fitbit? My dysautonomia doctor is extremely busy lol.

Meanwhile my doctors (even nero) have no desires to even see me anymore now that I had a positive tilt table test. I miss working

🙏💚I've given up on specialists...too many insults to count, no help and worse symptoms year over year. I miss work too. Wishing you peaceful moments

Thanks. I'm relaxed all time. I don't think it's my vagus nerve.

In the uk they just tell u its anxiety. I literally only got a cardiologist referral because my psych cant put me on adhd meds until my heart rate calms down. She wrote my gp a letter which is the only reason they referred me. My appointment is a year from the referral and its a phone call i dont even get to see someone in person. So instead of helping they just diagnosed it as anxiety because im autistic. But there are days i cant even sit or stand without my heart rate being though the roof and im not even anxious.

@@Dingdongbingaling Tbh I’m tempted to just drink a few energy drinks and see what happens haha. Hate this hoop jumping. I’m autistic so communicating with various people isnt easy anyways let alone having to argue with them and then being like lol i fought for this appointment noooo dont touch me. Tbh the Not that I’m ungrateful for the appointment. But after years of trying to prove there’s something wrong, then them treating me like an idiot and then immediately asking to touch me where they dont believe theres anything wrong anyways makes the whole process so so much harder. I need to trust someone to be comfortable with them touching me, but by that point theyve only proven they cant be trusted, causing anxiety, then i get diagnosed with anxiety.
