I think people with SUV can go over speed bumps anyways.

Well, well, well. At least the cops don’t have to do their jobs anymore by getting dangerous drivers off the highway. They can concentrate on writing tickets for HOV and bus lane violations, the real Seattle crime. Oh, if you’re wondering yes I do live near Seattle but I refuse to cross into the city. Because of crap like this.

New speed bumps -- 2 sets of 2 each block -- at NW 85th and 3rd, south to NW 70th, make the road undrivable for my small, low car (stock suspension), must slow to 19 mph for each to avoid losing safe control especially in rain. Any higher and the bounce is unsafe.

That means the speed bumps are working.

Yeah, it requires about 20 and that’s fine. They can put them downtown too. I’m tired of reckless entitled people who are aggressive, anti-social, and DGAF about others.

thats the point

Speed bumps are a harm to most of society. They are being pushed only by antisocial DGAF bike nuts

This is great. We need more traffic calming initiatives 👍

No, we don’t because the roads are meant to be efficient. Not to fulfill some kind of ideological activist goal.

@Prxyshj That's exactly the problem. Many roads were designed to be as efficient as possible without the safety of others in mind. The safety of pedestrians shouldn't bother you. Let's be considerate of others

Those speed bumps are a menace. You got your phone in one hand, smoking a joint and eating a hamburger and WAM, there's a speed bump!
