The 3 suspects in the last clip just got arrested in cap hill (harvard & spring st) at 11:15pm. They got pinned in an alley after a car chase, tried to hide in a buildings alley and surrendered after a force of 40 cops surrounded them. The kid with the blue/black hoodie was around 12yo.

Getting worse.

Pay for armed security and this would stop , it would be to much effort for little reward.
