The fact that it took about 3 minutes to explain how PBMs work is the only evidence one needs to prove that PBMs are not beneficial to consumers. If PBMs were so good, then why do we pay far more than countries in Western Europe for the same drugs? Why aren't they haggling down prices to levels that us working class people can afford?
