9-3 or even 8-4 is attainable. If this team finishes with either, this is great considering most of us who follow SC we staring at the schedule trying to find 6 wins at the beginning of the season to get back to a bowl.

Impressive breakdown. My call before the season started was either 5- or 7-5. The Cocks seem to have turned a corner. I hope I'm wrong with the my calls and we end up 9-3. If that happens, it gets easier to recruit. Recruits will see how USC is climbing the ladder as a program. Liked & subscribed. Go Cocks!

Sellers would have hit 4/5 more passes if they were dropped. One in the end zone. Other right in the chest. He is still very rough around the edges passing, but his ability to scramble and pick up yards like a Newton or Vick gives him more chances. I mean we brought in Ashford who has a similar skill set and SC native OU transfer in Beville. Dante Reno was part of the recruiting class and for fans had hype coming in. So there were other options, but he has presented the best possibility. Crazy thing is we just had NC Central transfer OL win SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week! And our OL hasn't been great. That's the main reason we didn't see much of Reno or Beville imo. We still are towards the bottom in sacks allowed. If we clean that up, the offense can move the ball. Defense has kept us in every single game. People say we got blown out by Ole Miss. Ole Miss couldn't score a TD after halftime and only got a field goal the rest of the game. We gave them two easy TDs with 4 and out and a TO and then defense had a hiccup right before half for a 3rd TD. You don't give up that TD it's 17-3 at half. If we had an offense that game, we could have won it with a few different outcomes. LSU...no discipline and horrible officiating. Alabama....should have been pushing for FG range rather than the bomb at the end, but a fumble really killed us. We're a probably a half vs Ole Miss, two pick sixes not called back, and not fumbling away from being undefeated. Hardest part is knowing how much of that defense graduates or possibly hits the draft. Will be a letdown for fans that only pay attention on Saturdays next year.
