I keep getting Spooky Scorched who only drop one item, usually a weapon, and nothing else. I'll get like 3 or 4 in a row that don't drop spooky bags or legendary items. Clicked to see if that's what this was about.

That happens when you (or someone) kills them too quickly. You have to let them get up and walk around a bit, or when they stop glowing green so the bag will spawn. I usually just let them hit me one time before I kill them. This happens A LOT during Line in the Sand when players fix all the laser turrets and the missile launcher and those automatically kill the Scorched before they can drop loot bags. Don't fix the game weapons ya'll. We need the kills.

I just explained this to someone last week! But I had to read it like 9 million times, clear as mud. They needed to add the word "week" to the final challenge. Complete "week 1 and week 2" to get the Mothman Lamp.
