Correct about what? he didn’t explain anything. He just said that wasn’t his personal experience. Black and brown people are seen as second class citizens, that’s my personal experience.

@@onezero8162 One thing I Iearn in life is that you should not allow outside forces (the economy, the weather, my job, the government, stuff I hear, etc.) dictate your well being/attitude. "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent" Eleanor Roosevelt. I AM NOT a second class US citizen. I AM Independent, I AM NOT a Victim. I AM Capable. I AM Responsible. I AM Aware that my choices will affect my life. I Determine my future. That gentleman in the video seems to live life by those principles.

@@Perla-h5r I have met and worked alongside incredibly hardworking people who simply because of their background and ethnicity were not able to move into higher earning positions. You can be all those things that you listed, but in the end if you don’t look, talk, or act a certain way (the white American way) then you are likely not going to be given as many opportunities. There is systemic oppression and discrimination embedded into our government, schools, and jobs. How often do you see CEOs that aren’t white?
