We used the hopon hopoff bus on our first trip to Rome in 2015 it was a fantastic way to familiarise us with the city layout. We boarded at the Piaza Barbarini very relaxing way to go. Subsequent visits we mostly walked as we were familiar with the layout. We enjoy your videos as it is like revisiting again. You can never visit Rome too many times.😊

I used the Hop-on, Hop off bus in Paris. It was pretty good. I just rode around to familiarize myself with where the site locations were. In Rome, i would not use. Mainly for the reasons you stated. Good info. Thanks.😊

The Madrid, New York, and San Diego(California) hop on, off tours all great! Shorter, and closer to each other drop offs.

It sounds like 1 day on the bus isn't enough, so wouldn't a 2 day pass be better? I like the hop off tour route you suggested. Would you please include one that features a few places to get street food? Thank you so much for your informative videos.
