Love the channel. Great mix of Seattle eateries, boutique coffee shops, parks and trails, learning the atmosphere of the neighborhoods, various home designs (craftsman, modern, ADU, ...), and real estate. I'm glad we've got more than 1 week of inventory, compared to a few years ago, and that gives you more homes to film and also gives potential buyers a bit more hope, but also gives you more room on your channel to focus on the things we can control, and what home ownership means--like building a garden or a walking path or upgrading a shed or reimagining a fireplace, or just rearranging the furniture and adding a little paint. I appreciate these "controversial" videos too. Yeah, it seemed like my buyers agent didn't do enough to earn her commission. Driving to a few houses to unlock the door, then writing an offer on 2 homes (and screwing up the paperwork pretty badly), and failing to feel out the competing offer situation to protect our escalation clause didn't feel like it was worth the $25k buyers agent commission. You two have demonstrated what real estate agents *should* do for their clients, and you *earn* your commission both as a buyer and seller agent.

Recent transplant to the area. I came here for the Seattle and real estate content, but enjoy all of your content. I even enjoyed the 45 minute walk around Green Lake, because you guys talked about the area and mentioned all the places you liked.

Thank you for watching! That one was fun to make, but we were so stressed about running out of things to say.

Love the channel as someone interested in making the move to Seattle so thanks. I'd keep the content creation to one account as there is already overlap in the core content between lifestyle, real-estate, Seattle-living, your lives etc. I don't think most people will be turned away from any content they want to skip if its posted here.

Yes add your blog content to your Utube channel. I watch because I like you guys. One of my favorite videos you guys did is the range anxiety video.

I love your videos, thank you. Can you do a video on coping (or not comping) with the Seattle "season of gray" aka winter? Coming from a state much less rain~3 ears ago. The first ~2 yrs I had in a top floor apt in QA that had tons of west facing light, so I did not seem to get affected. After buying a condo in Capitol HIll w a bit less light I began to notice the importance the tons of light In the Nov-June (dubbed Juneuary..?)

Yes, Hi, Hello! Personally totally cool with the idea of consolidating some of the Vlog channel videos over to this one, just enjoying the vibes :) No realistic prospect of ever moving over there but its fun to watch from the other side of the Atlantic. Cheers!

I believe you could make real state content, neighborhoods ( like what is good/bad, things nearby and nice things around Seattle ) and market reports ( like homes sold, inventory, pending, etc ).

I sold my house in the Seattle area in 2022 and moved out of state due to job relocation, would love to move back someday, but home ownership and cost of living has become so unaffordable over the years...

The right choice of an investment has always been a big problem for me I know picking a wrong investment will leave a big scar in the future.

I feel sympathy for our country, low income people are now suffering to survive yet inflation and recession keep increasing daily, many families can't even enhance the good cost of living anymore. You've helped me a lot Sir Brian! Imagine I invested $50,000 and received $190,500 after 14 days

Very possible! especially at this moment. Profits can be made in many different ways, but such intricate transactions should only be handled by seasoned market professionals.

Some persons think inves'tin is all about buying stocks; I think going into the stock market without a good experience is a big risk, that's why I'm lucky to have seen someone like mr Brian C Nelson.
