My new favourite BB channel. Appreciate this so much. Thank you guys! I'm upping my protein intake to 1,5g/lb curious to see what happens as I just started the offseason. As a natural I never went that high - but Milos strategy makes total sense to me so let's see. Looking forward to the next episodes ! Greetings from Czech Republic 💪

GOOD PODCAST BOYS

Brilliant topic! Huge issue is finding the external rotation angle of the femur (opening from the hips) which allows you to get depth. Some people can go full down with knees straight ahead whereas some of us have to push the knees out wide just to get to 90 degrees of knee flexion. You can see this on the leg press as well. For years I thought I could only squat wide stance, mostly loading glutes and adductors, but recently I discovered that if I go super frog footed I can keep my torso vertical and load the quads with a narrower stance. Hope this helps someone!

Straight arm dumbbell pullover which max stretch at the bottom: most underrated long head tricep exercise there is. You'll know you're doing it right if your abs are sore the next day as well.

I have done squats for over 40 yrs, but now because of bad shoulders i now need to use a safety squat bar, instead of straight bar. I actually findnit puts more stress on quads.

For me it’s squats at high reps that works, I’ve done heavy (for me) got strong but no size. Them 15-25 rep sets destroy your legs
