Ignorant information. Just because you guys choose to be fools and not utilize pct protocols does not mean it's the correct way to go.

Had a distal year about a year and a half ago, no surgery.. It took a good 8 months before I felt comfortable enough to really start training hard. Still only about 80% on bicep training regarding strength. I used to train biceps quite heavy (I tore it arm wrestling) but just don't have the nerve to go for it like I used to, I'm 64 now. The upside is that it made me adjust my training style to moderately heavy with higher reps with good results in my whole physique. If a pump is important, after a tear is recovered try lighter weights with 20+ rep sets and you'll get there ...

hello juji. great to hear that you are doing so well. you look fantastic. but I do have a question that I hope will help me navigate a bit. I am 67 years old and have been exercising for 50 years. i am not a true bodybuilder as you are but I am in great shape and take no meds at all. I do not drink, smoke, or take drugs. I truly love exercising. I live in a small cape-cod home with a small basement with a very old-school gym. I love it. I can work out which I do whenever I want. I have all free weights like barbells, dumbbells a bench with a lat, and tricep attachments. I have a treadmill and stationary bike an ab wheel, a wrist roller, and a Swiss ball. everything I need. I feel great except for the fact that last week I tore my distal bicep in my right dominant arm. I immediately had an MRI and it is a complete tear. Long story short I had the surgery done a mere 5 days after the injury. I feel great. no pain and no swelling and we have a planned follow with the doctor in 5 days also. what I need to know is what you think the proper time frame is for me to begin training the opposite side with slow movements and light weights. most doctors say 6-8 weeks for training but I am not the average 67-year-old man. I have always been active. so I want the doctor to know that. so I would at least like to do bodyweight exercises like squats and Bulgarian squats and even 10 lb db curls and presses and lateral raises on my left side because there is cross-education when doing that from one side to the other. I will wait for the follow-up but I would love to hear your expertise. please reply. I respect your knowledge and work ethic over all the years I have watched your videos. thank you and stay strong and healthy.

I need hip surgery, i told the anesthesie doc. I sometimes wake up unable to breath... Lay there eyes wide open in semi sleep paralysis. They scheduled a sleeptest, the whole 9 yards, bells whistles O2, heart rate, breathing pattern, etc. Found out i stopped breathing for 5-10 seconds .. 28 times an hour... How long have you had this they asked?? Dont know but my mom used to tell me, she'd Catch me 'holding my breath ' in my sleep from the age of 12... Weighing like 143 lbs Now i weigh 224 lbs mid 30s and would have never got it fixed if not for that test and surgery

Hot chicks love the humvees, but only the genuine hot chicks, 9.5-10s. I've got a couple of shitboxes myself, a rock got kicked up into the side of my car the other day from a ride on mower, I thought "oh well".

I would be very careful on smoking random cannabis brands and distillate is bad. What you should look for when your shopping for cannabis is solventless and organic and grown in living soil. I've been growing for 4 years and for a grower that's not very long and I've seen some really bad stuff and how companies make there products and grow it and it's something that not a lot of people understand. There's pesticide and glyphosates, chemicals and tons of other stuff like using radiation on there products that people have no clue what there actually consuming and putting in there body. I'm a huge fan of yours bro and I have been following you since universal/animal and I wish you a very merry Christmas and happy new year bro 🙂
