Dope video. I ended up getting a butcher block from home depot for like 100$ and then I bought the sit / stand frame. Worked out quite well if you want a specific top!

I cut up some of my own Wood and made a L desk about 192cm long, 50ish deep and 56cm on the corner extension and to be budget I used the Ikea adjustable legs(I'm sure there's some good amazon o es) and they are a pain and in no way will I be adjusting them again BUT now at the lowered height I put it to my knees are in line with my glutes, feet flat and elbows lineup with the desk, so much more comfortable and less back pain, so yes I think it's the way even if you don't stand as you can get the correct height for your height(73cm was too high for me on my basic desk) Used 9 legs @ 12.50 e, some pads 10e and free oak which was gonna be used for test ideas if I didn't ask for it(people with the best stuff will consider average stuff bad)

Unfortunately it’s still a tiny bit too high to be comfortable on the floor, so I think that’s why they aren’t advertised as such!!

It’d still be a tiny bit wobbly regardless because it’s only 2 legs instead of 4, unfortunately! And I wish I had hard wood but we just gotta work with what we got🥲
