Don’t wait for a crash. Invest judiciously, keep a stop loss figure. Shuffle between debt and equity wherever the ratio goes too off your target. As for the target, I recommend a Ratio like this Debt % should be equal to your age in years. If you are 20, debt is 20%, reset in equity. If the market falls or rises drastically, your debt % will change, which you should rebalance to 20% and bring back equity to 80%. Thus you would have bought low or booked profit depending on if it was a crash or a bull run.

Find stocks with market-beating yields and shares that at least keep pace with the market for a long term. Individuals can seek counsel from a certified financial advisor to optimize financial outcomes, who can provide specialized advice and methods to decrease expenses and maximize income.

When it comes to investment, diversification is key. That is why I have my interests set on key sectors based on performance and projected growth. They range from the EV sector, renewable energy, Tech and Health (AMD) alongside coins, and gold. I'm also working on an investment plan with my Fin. Advisor that includes AI looking into Nvidia, MSFT, Alphabet stocks among others. I've been utilising a financial advisor for more than 15 months now, and I've made over $800,000.

This is precisely why I like having a portfolio coach guide my day-to-day market decisions: with their extensive knowledge of going long and short at the same time, using risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying it off as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, their skillset makes it nearly impossible for them to underperform. I've been utilizing a portfolio coach for more than two years, and I've made over $800,000.

After facing significant challenges, I learned two crucial lessons about the stock market: it played a major role in the Great Depression, and the quickest way to make a million in the market is to start with two million. The Great Recession only reinforced these insights. In hindsight, I wish someone had guided me earlier. A well-defined entry and exit strategy is essential for success in the stock market.

Exactly, many investors are overly focused on potential profits, forgetting that the market has both ups and downs. Securing your financial future requires patience and a strong understanding of market trends to identify the right stocks for investment. For instance, I made over $260k in profits during Q4 of 2021. The key to profitable investing is truly understanding market behavior.

@@TraderRob-b8h Why are there trillions of dollars on the sidelines? It's because high rates finally made money markets a tasty alternative, after years of them being non-investible. Ай бұрын
MSTR puts AND calls are always grossly over-priced because it is a #Cult stonk....just like PLTR, SOFI, DJT, TSLA, HOOD. Basically the bearded dudes in skinny jeans and hoodies will pay ANY price to play and as a result the cost to play is highly inflated. If you want to trade options on TSLA use TSLS instead. Options are much cheaper than TSLA options.
@afonsodeportugalАй бұрын
@J What about TSLL? Is it trading at a premium too?
Ай бұрын
@@afonsodeportugal IMO TSLL is trading at a premium. Looking at the price for the 11/29 expiry $22 strike put with TSLL closing at 22.43....1.37 is an absolutely redickless price to pay for the $22 strike. There are MUCH cheaper stocks to play to the downside. Look at GSAT for instance. Yesterday the low on the 12/20 expiry 1.50 put was .01. That's got a chance of being a 20X trade.
@afonsodeportugalАй бұрын
Wow! Thank you so much for the tip! 👍

@@afonsodeportugal No problemo. You may also want to begin buying VIX volatility using UVIX. I caught the recent move up by buying once at 3.40 and going 75% out at 4.25. I began ave back into the position yesterday (11/22/24) with a buy at 3.80. UVIX follows the VIX. There is a chance VIX trades to 13.59 so that would be my next time I would add UVIX shares. We are likely within mere days of a market selloff that is going to take SPY, QQQ, IWM, and DIA to their 8/5/24 lows. You can use those lows as a guide for exit in your VIX long trade. "The line separating investment and speculation, which is never bright and clear, becomes blurred still further when most market participants have recently enjoyed triumphs. Nothing sedates rationality like large doses of effortless money. After a heady experience of that kind, normally sensible people drift into behavior akin to that of Cinderella at the ball. They know that overstaying the festivities - that is, continuing to speculate in companies that have gigantic valuations relative to the cash they are likely to generate in the future - will eventually bring on pumpkins and mice. But they nevertheless hate to miss a single minute of what is one helluva party. Therefore, the giddy participants all plan to leave just seconds before midnight. There’s a problem, though: They are dancing in a room in which the clocks have no hands." Warren Buffett, Berkshire Hathaway Letters to Shareholders, 2023.

I disagree with the Treasury chart comparison, the moving averages do not look as expanded and as strong in this rally as illustrated in 90s charts, the aug 15 pullback you said didn't look at all like the other 2000 mess, the current chart looks worse, the smash down to the long term MA was more violent, causing the MAs to contract harder, creating the blow off top, then collapse that follows. What is your comment supposed to be saying? Yes, charts only plot data that currently exists. If anyone had listened to anyone saying anything about "fundamentals" or "inflation" etc. at any point this year, they would have missed the entire rally.
