This is easy, the Giants are the better team. Working for the Jets owner would be insane.

With the Giants, they get to start over with a new young QB (Sanders, Ward, or Milroe). With the Jets, they're stuck with Rodgers and they need a new GM and Head Coach.

I believe they will be safe for two years. Draft and develop the QB. More wins next season, playoffs in 26 should be the mandate.

It all comes down to the QB Room. If Rodgers is out, the Jets have more upside, with generally more talent on the roster. At least the Giants have cleared the way for a new QB, and they have a good offensive coach, unlike the Jets, so they have better bones to build upon. The Jets have zero leadership, no idea where they are going.

Rodgers should retired the moment he snapped his Achilles but his ego wouldn't let him. If the Jets are gonna cut him at the end of the season, why wait, do it now. Its painfully obvious this experiment is a complete failure. Start Over. Thats what ya do in the NFL.

I wonder if the Giants would be interested in making an offer for Sam Darnold. He's improved enormously since he got to work with better teams and better coaches. He might want to request better receivers, but he's proven he can win against tough opponents.
