Are these elevators still death-traps? The FAMOUS Schindler Quality!

I have ttngidoc on the phone: The left elevator runs nice, but the lights are off. The right elevator has a VERY ROUGH door operator, and once it reach on the 5th floor, it made a scary rumble boucing up and down. The right elevator still needs help.

It's low on hydraulic oil... the other one needs light bulbs... not a huge deal...
