im into 90s Polos and 2000s Lupos ,and i want to swap to an caddy next year,had no clue...thanks for the lesson.the seat covers are awesome.liked the engine video too

Paint the grills and it flakes off, the one I picked up had terrible paint on the bumpers. I was told it was serviced but there was no service book or paperwork and you could tell by the oil it hadn’t been serviced. Go to Wolfsburg in Manchester.

Again if you go to these check the paint work as she says in the video they paint the grilles. All my black has flaked off took it to the body shop and it wasnt primed or preped correctly also splitter wasnt fitted properly theres a bolt meant to go through the metal bar behind the bumper to secure it they use self tapers which on the motorway at 70mph then snapped off and hit a car behind me

Hi Daniel, your van was the Viper green Caddy which came arrived already modified with us, we did mot paint those grills. We would have had no way of telling if the grills were not painted correctly on arrival, so apologies if you had an issue. We could have rectified on return on the vehicle. We sell approx 20 Caddy vans per month. We did have an issue many years ago which affected a handful of Caddys as we used a different bodyshop for a few weeks while we were overly busy, all vans were rectified, yours was not one of them. We are always constantly trying to improve and when mistakes are made we learn from them and out new measures in place like any successful business. All splitters are fitted with the provided screws which are supplied by the largest van accessories supplier in the UK. You don’t mention in your comments that you purchased the most rare and the cheapest van in the UK at the time, which you travelled approx six hours to collect if I remember? We replaced your splitter free of charge, which you don’t mention, even though I believed you were travelling at more than 70MPH. We also offered you a full refund for the van which you declined, just unsure why this isn’t mentioned? It appears you are still enjoying your van. @@vogueautogroup you can believe what you like i was travelling at 70mph because if you remember correctly i came 6 and half hrs down to you and there was a fuel shortage. You did replace the splitter correct you also did with the coilovers you lost the service book for it and also replaced that but the wings on the van were all smashed in so ive had to have them replaced also which i did tell you about and yes you did offer me a refund. But why would i come all the way back down after me telling you about the experience i had with the previous company who claimed to be custom caddy specialists. I gave spent alot of money on this van since purchasing and its only got 62000k i know its rare and i know ill get my money back for it. I would do some research on the caddy2k forum if you want to know how to do things properly as you can learn a very lot of knowledge from it.

I’m sure you will like next weeks follow up. We had someone collect sold three tailgate Caddys this weekend, two MK3 and a MK4. We wish we had more, keep your eyes peeled on the website. In fact we are in the process of fitting a cool new accessory to a Caddy tailgate as we speak.
