I think that's honestly a good point, why would you rank something when it tastes really good regardless? It doesn't really matter, if you can confidently say anyone could wake you up to go and get these, then it's a 10 in my book regardless of what it is. A place in my city also has really good fall of the bone ribs, and the sauce that goes with em. Any day of the week, even at damn 3 am, I'd have them if offered. Are they the best I've had? Maybe not, but it's not like that would change anything. You would put a smile on my face if they are ordered.
