I have the 31-AGM7 batteries from Interstate in my Prostar. I also have an electric "APU". I'll call it 3 yrs before the truck could barely start. I also had a charging issue at first that was under-charging and I abused them accidentally as well. I'll try another set or the 31-AGMX and give them a fair test this time around

Just FYI: Johnson Controls sold their battery making division to Brookfield Business Partners. They now call it "Clarios."

Those are made by johnson controls/clarios. The case is still used to this day and can be found with many different labels on them.

You live in extreme cold.. I live and drive more in the extreme heat . Is thus the end all be all or should I research batteries for climate. I do drive Everywhere.. probably a silly question honestly

Not really anything you need to do differently. AGM batteries handle the temp extremes better....but they are far too expensive to run.

I know the best batteries are what is standard equipment on new Kenworth trucks When I ran LTL back in the 90s one of my regular P/Us was Johnson Controll in far west suburban Geneva illinois the guy told me one night they put whoever’s label on those batteries ???? But that is what I understood But I got hung up on the TV commercials during the Indy 500 interstate batteries are the best
