I think you shouldn't have done drip acclamation/took them out of their water as fast as possible. When you open the bag oxygen gets in and reacts with the ammonia, resulting in a toxic environment for the fish

I'm from Asia, You should buy Singa Blue Tail guppies their the prettiest and most famous, those guppies is quite expensive and small I don't think Asian people would buy them alot, instead they buy more majestic fishes that give them prosperity and goodluck like arowana and flower horn fish which is $100 to $200
