I am partial to my 72 grabber blue Mach 1 high school car (class of ‘86). Summit helped me revive the basket case after 35 years of storage with its first start in January 2023. All of it was redone with the exception of a 4spd rebuild in my home garage.

My first new car (thanks Mom and Dad for co-signing) was a 1970 Boss 302. The performance and handling was awesome but I think it was the coolest looking mustang ever!

The fact the 2004 Cobra or the 2016+ GT350 aren’t on here is crazy ESPECIALLY the Newer GT350

The newer gt350 is not even as fast as the 2018 -2021 Mustang GT in the quarter … so no lame

@@Cor430vette The GT350 is actually 3-5 seconds faster so make sure you compare the MANUAL TO THE MANUALS. The auto are insane and awesome though. You do realize that there are mustangs guys who want to actually hit a course track and just not go in a straighline right? You can do both with a GT350. It also has 1 of the best sounding V8sford has ever produced ESPECIALLY over the horrible new 5.0 sounds. If you don’t throw the GT350 there the. The Cobra could have atleast made it

The top 5 is fine by me. Especially the GT 500’s. The ‘ 69 and ‘70 Mach 1’s catch a lot of criticism for the stripes and non functional side scoops. But I’ve owned my 1970 Mach 1 for 41 years and the Grabber Blue color along with the functional Shaker Hood Scoop gets some good comments 🏁.

How about the 2018-2021 10R80 GTs that were faster then all the rest 5th fastest ever and just GTs !
