It’s very nice as a balm but if you are looking for something longer lasting, then go with something else for sure ❤️❤️

I got Epanoui and agree with your thoughts. It’s nice and I’ll use it up, but I don’t feel the need for another or to repurchase. The scent was alright to me (though I could tell they were trying to cover up the wax smell) but I like vanilla; floral sometimes gives me headaches. I understand her desire to experiment but would definitely prefer additions to previous lines over new formulas-I just want to see more True Velvets! great review as always and the lip balms do look super cute on you!

Yeah it’s all those emollients that can smell strongly. My nose is so blocked all the time I honestly can’t smell anything 😂

Thank you Aijing for this review! Really appreciate it. They do look so nice colour wise and I love the shine, but after hearing you I'll stick with the velveteen lip colour ... a product that needs frequent reapplication is a definite no for me!

I prefer her original lucent lip colours and lip gloss over the new baume embrace too I found the gloss to be more nourishing 😊

I was hoping you’d do a video on these with mixed lip swatches!! It is always so helpful to see shades side by side next to each other. Yay!!! I got Sweet Fig. I like it, but I don’t absolutely love it. I wish it lasted longer on my lips and that it was a bit thicker. Now that I’ve seen how they look compared to other Lisa shade I have, I don’t think I need the other shades of the balm. I’ve got the shades covered!

I got Red Curve to try because bright warm colours suit me. I prefer the more moisturising glosses, and I think it also slightly irriates my lips like the Lucent ones do (there's a very slight sting). I'd love a gloss comparison - thank you for the swatching ❤

I don't have problem with smelll.... the taste of new formula is repulsive.... but I don't want to throw it away because it's expensive... it's definitely a miss...I prefer Lucent, Gloss and Velveteen ...

I caved and bought Metropolis. I'm hoping it's a sheered Velvet Decade for me which is more a plum brown for me but too much for work. But I admit I'm nervous about the fragrance because I typically hate fragrance in lipstick but some brands are worse than others 😬
