Are TYSON FURY's post-fight Ukrainian comments the result of concussion and therefore excusable?

Is concussion the reason/excuse for Tyson Fury's idiotic comments suggesting Oleksandr Usyk's win was a gift from the judges because of the conflict in Ukraine? Concussion, like booze, can make us say some pretty moronic things, even if those things are sometimes what we really think.

I don't necessarily think that tyson believed it was true. I think tyson was grasping for any excuse he thought people would believe for him losing, and maybe he was also trying to convince himself that it wasn't his fault that he lost. Tyson didn't really act like he thought he won before the decision was read, and even after he knew he lost he didn't seem upset the way you would expect someone to be if they genuinely believed they were robbed. He seemed resigned to fact that he lost right up until he threw out that excuse, but i don't think he genuinely believes it. Whether or not he was concussed badly enough to say that , i think that will end up being the excuse the Fury supporters cling to when people call him a sore loser.

I think it is fair to say he probably was concussed. After all he wished everyone a happy New Year in the middle of May. That said it's just my opinion that the concussion really only not the mask of his face, And we got a disturbing insight into the inner world of Tyson's brain. You mentioned previously he could be a narcissist, and I think he is exactly that. For him, finding any excuse rather than facing up to the truth is preferable which is why he said it. I genuinely think it's what he believes because it means he doesn't have to take accountability for losing.

I posted on your other video sir - I think its forgiveable even if he wasnt concussed - even if it were just like Joshua having a meltdown - its a bit much to expect a fighter to be completely objective and humble when inside they probably just had their world shattered. Whatever one thinks of Fury and what he may deserve based on his antics - I think its too much for any fighter to hold it together straight after giving everything to a boxing match and it still not being enough.

Honestly, yes it was completely tasteless, but I never really have any issue with a boxer finding excuses few seconds after losing a boxing fight. Those guys have to think they're the absolute best in the world, otherwise you don't get in that ring to go at war with another trained fighter for 12 rounds. So when they lose, I do believe they can sincerely think they got robbed for a trillion of reasons. The issue I have is with fans creating useless controversies (wether it be scorecard or refereeing) after an amazing fight that we should all be celebrating.

Fury said something that he clearly thought and probably something he had discussed with his team and family. You can imagine that being a topic of conversation before the fight. “Usyk gets given a decision through sympathy because Ukraine are at war with Russia”. So yeah I do think that it is entirely feasible that a Fury suffering from concussion said what he was thinking and genuinely believed. Let’s be honest about this Fury is a narcissist and has serious mental health issues. He is a once in a lifetime talent in the boxing ring but he is also a once in a lifetime total and utter bellend out of it.
