I started 2.5mg of Cialis daily about three months ago, primarily for LUTS, and it has worked wonders. The doctor would not prescribe me a daily dose tho, and gave me 10mg for "erectile dysfunction" (which I said was not really a pervasive issue). So I cut the pills into quarters. I wish doctors would keep up to date on usage of these drugs

If higher doses are required, it has something to do with conditions unrelated, like a worsening atherosclerosis. Hi Doc! Thanks as always for covering all the need-to-know info about ED meds. I wanted to share that I have been taking Cialis at night occasionally to give myself a little nocturnal function and it works. Reminds me of when I was much younger! I have been taking the daily dose of 5mg for a few months now, and seem to be responding quite well. I have had this problem since I was in my 30's (Hyper gonads and Graves disease) and it was devastating as a younger man. I have spent a small fortune and have experienced many uncomfortable treatments over the years (Muse and Tri-mix). Thanks to the meds being available in the UK over the counter and on-line, it has improved the quality of many people's lives. In addition, I do not take Lisinopril anymore which I believe has been a big help. I am now facing 65 with a boner!😂

Because there is a substantial overlap between specialties. Urologists have to know a bit about cardiology, too, you know. For example heart insufficiency is a common cause for nocturia and so on. Humans are not machines. Everything is connected.

You are welcome! Viagra is prescribed to women under special circumstances. Regarding sexual dysfunction, it may be tried in arousal disorders, there are some reports on efficacy in orgasmic function. But as far as I know, it is not standard treatment.
