Ezekiel 18 says that we are not guilty of our father's sin, only of those we do ourselves. So, whether we have a tendency to sin or not, we are not guilty of sin until we knowingly commit it.

do we forget that the apostles asked Jesus who can be saved? he says with men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. humans are to prideful to give God all honor and glory for salvation they want a part in salvation when there is none, God does the saving but we need to preach the gospel because we dont know who God will save

We are still inheriting the original sins of Adam and Eve. This is why since then, mankind has been so envy, so cruel, so hatred, so wild etc till today until they believe and follow Jesus!!!!

Ezekiel 18:20- “The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.” This verse eradicates the false idea that we inherit any sin. The idea that a child inherits sin from adam, can die as an infant without the ability to repent of the very sins it has inherited, and still somehow go to Heavin with sin contradicts Ezekiel 18:20 and Romans 6:23- “the wages of sin is death.”

One of the oldest scams is to collect tithe by telling people that they're born in sin & there's a better place after death, but to be saved a spot they must repent & believe the story that a dude was sacrificed 2000 years ago to forgive their sins.

Yes, Romans 3:23 for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God! Past tense, ‘have sinned’ means we are going to sin because we have a sin nature! This comes from Genesis 2:17 “the day you eat, of the fruit you will die”! They didn’t know what death was, but they started dying the day they ate the fruit, both physically and spiritually, and it also explains why plants and animals die; the Doctrine of original sin, because why would they start dying if God made everything good in the first chapter ? Romans 6:23 the wages of sin is death (death to everything) Romans 5:17, first, Corinthians 15:22

Jesus was a descendant of Adam. Does that mean he inherited his sinful nature?
@jjphank7 ай бұрын
@@Jfchild no! But good question. Sin is passed from the male, not Female because the Bible says women will be saved by childbearing proving that sin has passed From the male, and since Jesus didn’t have an earthly father, he did not inherit sin! Further, So, when Eve ate the fruit, it’s not called Adam and Eves sin, nor eves sinThe new Testament commentary Says Eve was deceived, before Adam ate nor her ate the fruit, so it’s not counted as a sin-her deception , nor the result of her deception, her eating the fruit first! God told Adam not to eat from the tree! first Timothy two goes into this; so Jesus can be born of a woman, sinless! See Romans five also !

@@jjphank how convenient! Well you said sin is passed down from the father and Eze. 18:20 is crystal clear that sin is not passed down from the father. so I’ll go with the scripture. You also say that we all inherit sin, but that’s only when you reach a certain age which is inconsistent. Calvinism is a heck of a false doctrine. Maybe watch this video as well if you want scripture.

LoL! The bible never said nor imply that the sin of Adam is also our sin.. But we inherited the sinful nature of Adam after Adam sinned...

Why then did God allow babies and children at Noah's flood and at the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah to perish in the flood and in the fire with the sinners and unbelievers - if they were innocent and without a sin nature - hence with no sin? God is not unjust - thus not in harmony with your premise - if children have no inherent sin. Why then grow old or die if there isn't a sinful (corrupt) seed carried through the loins of man. Thus stand to reason that All have fallen from grace (Rom.3:23) not just by what we do but because we were born wrong and need to be reborn from above - All have sinned - meaning their is an inherent sinful nature within man - but by choosing Jesus can every person be set free from that sinful body of death and slavery
@ClarkAboudaz2 ай бұрын
There were few humans left during the time of Noah’s flood and in the city of Sodom and Gomorrah. Reading Genesis 6 and Jude will show you that fallen angels corrupted themselves with mankind with the seed of the serpent. God had to destory the Nephilim in the days of Noah and Lot and ask Israel to genocide the Nephilim in the Canaanites. People die because we are separated from the tree and life and everyone dies because of Adam we just aren’t born with sin that’s all
@lugardboy4 ай бұрын
We are not born sinners We sin when we commit iniquity 1 John 3 [4] Whoever sins is guilty of breaking God's law, because sin is a breaking of the law. Babies, infants and children are sinless before God that's why Jesus said: *Matthew 19* 14. But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” If Children or we were born in sin, how can the Kingdom of Heaven belong to such as these? *Mark 10* 15. I tell you the truth, anyone who doesn’t receive the Kingdom of God like a child will never enter it.” *1 Corinthians 14* 20. Dear brothers and sisters, don’t be childish in your understanding of these things. Be innocent as babies when it comes to evil, but be mature in understanding matters of this kind.
