My wife and I have a chunk of lots there at Secret Beach and we love it. Building a handful of rentals and a living home for ourselves to be there full time.

I'm a former Californian all my family is in meridian Idaho. I live in south Texas and i have an AirBNB on north padre island, In less than 30 days i will go to Belize and buy land at Secret Beach. Think you are missing the point about the area. Its not just how busy it is now but how busy it will be in just a few years. If you can i would suggest buying land and holding it. Since covid the price of land has doubled. And there were just a handful of houses in the area. Now you can see how many people have built in just two years. There are videos on youtube that show the difference.

Great video! I love the insurance part as we built on the island and we’re surprised that most builds cannot be insured which means no Air B & B. Total scam.

Nope :-( and got back to the states and got a new phone and then lost that one too. Been a bad month for me and phones 😂
