I feel like part of the reason why he doesn’t want to be real and raw with his emotions is because he doesn’t completely trust us anymore. Like he said, he would hang out with people and then they would end up with death threats. Not only that, they were from his fans. I think that the broken up couples were just winging it and it worked since you were not stuck in a terrible situation together. I watched all the videos and there's something i don't understand, (and i know everyone thinks different but this is only my opinion), why do you guys see "being in a relationship = not be able to enjoy your life and have fun"? I'm in a relationship since 2014 and i'm living my best life, and we can still travel alone, we still have a lot of friends, he can do whatever he wants and i can do whatever i want with only one exception, not to cheat on each other. i can feel their emotions, it's real heartbreak and it's sad. I broke off my long term relationship (we lived together) for the same reasons at 22. to grow, find out who i am without him, have fun in my 20's, etc. when he said "i could've done something other than sit inside and watch netflix" it kinda upset me bc when you get engaged/married the point is to adventure together, grow, have fun together. it isn't being "tied down". leaving my best friend was the worst thing i ever done and im SO lucky he wanted me back too because we were meant to be. their relationship reminds me of mine a lot... i feel like they'll get back together. i ended up getting too messed up and in bad situations single and "lived my 20's" and it ended up not being what i was expecting. we were broken up for 7 months (just like them) and we got back together and he moved back in lol. living your 20s isnt all that people say it is! genuine connections are SO hard to find so when you have it, don't give up on it. At 26yrs old we had a child and we got married when I was 28 and got divorced when I was 29 for the same reasons....me and my ex never got to live and enjoy our 20’s without having big responsibilities. Carissa said something that is so true that I personally experienced. After I broke up with my boyfriend (ex bf now) I completely hated myself because I found myself lost. I didn’t know who I was for so long and I felt alone. I was crying myself to sleep every night, woke up crying, drove to work many times bawling my eyes out. I hit rock bottom but it does get better. I found myself, found myself worth, my happiness. After a couple of months I was and still am going after my dreams. Prior to the breakup I thought my life was all planned out I was ready to get married and settle down and have a family (I was only 19). Then I realized I was too young and haven’t lived enough on my own. I thought to myself that I was being selfish and stupid for thinking such thing but self love comes before loving your significant other. And when I realized that I knew that I couldn’t stay in that relationship not because I didn’t love him but because I had to love myself first.... I can go on but I can 100% relate to what they’re going through.
