The underwater dolphin footage was spectacular!!!!!!

@Denisifix we were definitely a bit spoiled with that footage! Not quite David Attenborough level yet, but absolutely thrilled when we watched it for the first time (we didn't wait, took the memory card out and into the laptop as soon as the dolphins left). Glad you enjoyed it too 😊

Absolutely loved the underwater footage, particularly seeing the hull of the boat which gave it all a personal (to you) perspective. Also Jackie’s telling Tony off was hilarious well worth a second viewing. 👍😂

Having the hull of our own boat in it definitely gives it even more of a special feeling! Rhythm and the dolphins 🤍 I do think we reached peak British humour this episode!

So glad to see the spirits are still high after 11 days at sea! That Mahi was amazing, what a lucky flying fish. You are right, has to be the luckiest fish in the sea! That underwater dolphin footage was incredible! I am nervous for your next video, but can't wait to see the adventure!

That flying fish deserved some sort of recognition for wiggling its way up out of the mahi stomach and back out 😄 Never seen a more confused looking fish! Next week sees us complete our crossing in style, by which we mean, sick, wet, exhausted, and sleep deprived.

I’m pretty sure the dolphin shot would be my new home screen wallpaper! That’s the sort of memory that makes you forget the horrid moments of a passage.

They truly were spectacular! Not sure we will ever get tired of watching that footage (or as lucky to get any like that again for a while). It was an absolute highlight of the passage and probably our sailing adventure so far!

I read your comment out to Tony, and he nearly inhaled his tuna toastie from laughing 😄

I loved the spotting game - so English in creation and execution :D - I see many boat videos in the future including this across the world, and you can safely say you started the trend :) (and no, no one will ever be as good as the one your guys did on your Atlantic crossing) - thanks guys for all your work bringing your journey to us, looking forward to next week.

It was great fun, but it definitely showed the ocean insanity creeping into our brains 😄 Poor Tony never did spot the Kraken (or even the slightly more realistic giant squid). Thank you for watching! Next week is a big one.

Reminding you of my comments regarding your superb Drone ideas and footage. Well, about 4mins. into todays episode I had a thought. If you're so bored use your genius, wherever you store it, and from the middle of nowhere, at the back of beyond and Far from the madding crowd, give us a dazzling bit of footage. KINNELL if you didn't go and do the opposite. Absolutely fabulous. You go sub aqua. Incredible, brilliant and genius. Congratulations. ps. That Dorado was actually a female I think you'll find. The head of the male is much blunter than the female which slopes back nearer 45 degrees. And please stop breaking crew haha.

Ah thank you so much ☺️ Those dolphins know how to put on a performance, that's for sure! We had just as many on the starboard side too, so were absolutely spoiled rotten by them. Ah we shall change it from Donald the Dorado to Dora the Dorado then! Clearly we need to work on our identification skills a little further. We do really break a crew member next week 😅... that medical kit just can't stay in the cupboard for long enough!

I'm really starting to worry about you guys and that medical kit.😬

It has been making too many appearances 🥴 But we are a little behind time and (I know I'm going to regret saying this) since arriving in the Caribbean, it has finally been able to stay in the cupboard!

A little research and some concentrated work will have you filleting Mahi Mahi perfect in no time.

Also I believe that was a female, they have a more sloped head, where a male' forehead is more square profile.
@CutterboveSailing5 ай бұрын
Our filleting leaves a little to be desired, we know 😄 As clearly does our ability to identify whether it's male or female! We will go back to research and get a bit more practice in. It was tasty, though, that much we are certain of!
