Heres a "Thank You" for the years ive watched your content. You know how i found you guys? I saw a lot of vloggers in PH but i never found ones who were wondering around Marikina and then i search one day and low and behold there are these two "kids" , these two American Biscuit Boys wondering around the Marikina river! And doing the most random stuff imaginable and doing honest reviews of whether they like the place the food or not, so refreshing compared to always "omg everything is awesome". And i got hooked. Granted more hooked to the PH side of things, but i still follow both channels. Sorry the grind is so hard and i really hope you guys can manage to keep going. All the best!

You guys lived here in the Philippines for 2 years already and visited the islands even in Mindanao. To be honest, not a lot of Filipinos are even close to the number of places you've been to. Most of them don't have the opportunity to travel their own country. Also, a lot of so-called travel vloggers only stay here for only 2 weeks or 2 months max, and they're off to other countries like Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, China, etc and do the exact same thing like baiting other race for clicks. I respect the hustle, though, because KZbin is such a grind. Making content is not easy.

Well lately, with a large amount of vloggers failing at getting views by featuring the PH, I feel the "Pinoybaiting" ploy no longer works. These vloggers end up leaving the country out of frustration... fortunately for us, unfortunately for them #flop And as expected, the ones who truly and sincerely appreciate the country for what it is --- the chosen few like Kulas, Daot, HSyrian etc. are the ones who never left and stayed.

Whatever they say just continue with your work because you are there to inform and entertertain your audience who are mostly Filipinos here and abroad. Why many Filipinos are viewing your channel whenever you feature their places? Because Filipinos want their place to be well known. Many Filipinos turn to social media because it is their major form of entertainment and they spend longer hours to it. If you feature other places in your vlog you will notice that there are only few viewers because other countries have few people who understands English. If you want more viewers from them translate it to their language.

To be honest, I love Isaac more because I can sense that he likes the Philippines more. If you like the place naturally, whatever you do, people will like to watch you also . Example of this is Brian the Lion vlog. He likes BGC, stays and live in BGC and shows why he loves BGC. Although it's repetitive, his poetry is excellent and with pretty video plus good poetry, I always watch his content. Isaac can actually do the same. He's a funny person and he can just be a fun guy making jokes while flashing pretty sights or events in BGC. Last night, there's was a big event in BGC. He can video the events and do his funny thing, whatever that is. Filipinos will surely love and support it. He can even do it everyday and people will always watch it, like what's happened with Brian the Lion. Filipinos are hungry of modernity in the Philippines. It's so tiring watching ugly places already. Brian the Lion churns out two or more videos in one day and I WATCH THEM ALL. Isaac has the ability to do this. He should try it also or the both of you. There is no burn out with pretty buildings and funny jokes.

What sets apart pinoybaiters and just foreigner nationals making content about the Philippines is in their insincerity and exploitation. The problem is because Filipinos are overexposed to this kind of exploitation they have developed this sort of mindset that every foreigner making content mainly about the Philippines are pinoybaiting. Honestly I feel like that belief is also based on a kind of colonial mentality. We can’t possibly believe that foreigners are genuinely interested in our culture. I used to think that way but I don’t anymore. I think part of it is this growing trend of foreign creators tackling the issue with respect and nuance. So I’m glad you’re addressing this very real concern head on instead of just reducing these comments/criticisms to haters/bashers.
